These terms cover your use of bestdogmom.net and any order you place. Best Dog Mom is owned and operated by Absolutely Elite LLC, a Texas company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Made to order
Every item is printed after you order it. Our US print partners make and ship each order, so we do not keep stock on hand. Screen colors can look a little different from printed ink and fabric.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.
If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you if that happens.
Shipping
We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, and delivery takes another 3 to 7. These are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Returns and refunds
Because each item is made for you, we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong. We do not take returns for size, color or a change of mind. The full policy is on our Returns & Refunds page.
Custom designs and uploads
When you upload art or add text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You also confirm it does not break anyone else's rights. You let us use it only to preview, print and deliver your order.
We may refuse any design, for example one that uses someone else's artwork, logo or trademark. If we refuse a paid order, we refund you in full. We print your text and art exactly as you approved it in the preview, so please check spelling before you order.
Our content
The designs, photos, text and logo on this site belong to Absolutely Elite LLC or the artists we license from. Please do not copy or resell them.
Reviews
If you post a review, it must be honest and about a product you bought. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off topic or spam. We do not remove reviews for being negative.
Limits of liability
We stand behind our products as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Beyond that, the site and products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
