Is your apparel dog-hair resistant?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our garments are ordinary printed shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, so a lint roller is still your best friend. Each product page lists the fabric exactly as the maker describes it.
What sizes do you carry?
Most products run S through 2XL in a unisex classic fit. Some styles go up to 5XL. Check the individual product page for exact sizing, or visit our Size Guide for the full breakdown. Between sizes? Message us . we'll help.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed on demand in the USA, so expect 2–5 business days for production plus 3–7 for shipping. Total: about 5–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet . we're currently US-only. International shipping is on our roadmap. If you're outside the US and really want something, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Can I return or exchange something?
Every item is printed to order, so we can't take back something that arrived exactly as ordered, including a size or color that didn't work out. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, email us at connect@bestdogmom.net within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you for free. What's "print on demand" mean?
It means your item is printed and assembled after you order it . not sitting in a warehouse for months. This means less waste (we only make what's ordered) and every piece is made fresh. The tradeoff is it takes a few extra days compared to mass-produced fast fashion, but the quality is worth the wait.
How do I wash my hoodie/tee without ruining the print?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. That's it . no special detergent, no hand-washing ritual. Every product page has specific care instructions if you want the full details.
What does "Foster Fail" mean?
A "foster fail" is when you agree to temporarily foster a rescue dog... and then adopt them permanently because you fell in love. It's the best kind of failure. Our Dog Rescue Shirts & Gifts are for every dog parent who "failed" beautifully.
What does "DINKWAD" mean?

Do you donate to dog rescues?
We're building partnerships with rescue organizations . it's part of our long-term mission. We'll announce partnerships as they're finalized. In the meantime, every purchase supports a small business that genuinely cares about the dog community.
